Flatbed driver hauling construction materials, machinery, and oversized loads up the West Coast and Intermountain corridor out of Reno and Sparks, Nevada. Strap-and-tarp experience preferred. $0.60 per mile, paid weekly. Class A CDL required.

Flatbed drivers haul construction materials, machinery, and oversized loads across western states lanes.
Is strap-and-tarp experience required?
Strap-and-tarp experience is preferred. True Blue will talk with qualified Class A drivers who have the right safety mindset and equipment discipline.
What does True Blue pay company drivers and owner-operators?
$0.60 per mile for company drivers, with all miles paid weekly by direct deposit. Owner-operators keep 100% of gross profit on every load they pull.
What is home time like for Reno-based drivers?
Regional drivers are home weekly. OTR runs are 14 days out and 2 days off. Drivers based in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and northern Nevada are prioritized for routes that return through the area.
What equipment will I drive?
True Blue runs 2022 and newer Freightliners, with sleeper berths on long-haul trucks and reefer, dry van, flatbed, and hot shot configurations depending on the lane.
