Temperature-controlled freight driver based out of Reno, Nevada. We move produce, pharmaceutical, and high-value cold loads on regional and OTR lanes across the western 11 states. Solid temperature-log discipline required, additional training provided. $0.60 per mile company driver, paid weekly. Class A CDL required.

Do I need reefer experience to apply?
Reefer experience is preferred, but True Blue can train drivers who already have solid Class A experience and strong attention to detail.
What kind of reefer freight does True Blue haul?
True Blue moves temperature-controlled freight such as produce, pharmaceutical, and high-value cold loads across western states lanes.
What does True Blue pay company drivers and owner-operators?
$0.60 per mile for company drivers, with all miles paid weekly by direct deposit. Owner-operators keep 100% of gross profit on every load they pull.
What is home time like for Reno-based drivers?
Regional drivers are home weekly. OTR runs are 14 days out and 2 days off. Drivers based in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and northern Nevada are prioritized for routes that return through the area.
What equipment will I drive?
True Blue runs 2022 and newer Freightliners, with sleeper berths on long-haul trucks and reefer, dry van, flatbed, and hot shot configurations depending on the lane.
